A few weeks ago, we took our annual trip to Apple Hill. We go at the perfect time of the year: It's before Thanksgiving but after Halloween and way before Christmas. So, there isn't a made rush of people there. Don't get me wrong, there were a ton of people there, just not as busy as it would have been if it were closer to those times.
I got to choose my own apples, to make my apple sauce.

I love parking in the orchard. It's so pretty.

This year, we needed to save money, so I packed us a lunch and we had a picnic in the car (because it was pretty cold outside). It was really beautiful there.

Our next mission, is to get out of this apartment and into our house. We are hopefully moving in on the 27th (at the latest, Jan 6). Everything is happening so fast. We never thought that we would have found a house that we liked, so quickly. I think it was the 3rd or 4th house we looked at on the first day (we kept looking at more, just in case, but this was
the one). We've been filing out paper work galore. Now, we just wait to get the word. We spent this weekend packing books and things that we won't need until after we move. The apartment is already looking pretty bare.
As soon as we get the keys, I'll post pictures and all the info. Thanks for catching up with us!
