The "real" present Jason bought me for my birthday was a trip to L.A. to see our favorite music artist, Serje Tankian (Previously from System of a Down). He has went on his own. His music talks about the Armenian Genocide, bringing awareness about the things that were done. I was so awesome to see him live, in concert. Serje is from L.A., so it felt like he really gave us a concert. He even preformed a few encores. While we wee in L.A., we saw the sights. Because I never really went there, it was all new to me. We walked the strip, and saw the weird people that hang out there. Our hotel had a great view! On our way out, we stopped at Venice beach and went swimming. I had been wanting to get henna for a while, so I did. Our dinner was free and right on the beach. What a way to go out! I had the greatest birthday (that I can fully remember). What a wonderful husband I have!
