Michele's 30th Birthday!

Jason made my birthday extra special!! He took me to do so many things that I've never done before, but I've been wanting to do for years. The Saturday before my birthday, he took me somewhere where I had no idea where I was going. We just drove forever. We went just past Elk Grove and into the industrial area is. I was so excited to see where we ended up.

I think I did pretty well for never had shot a hand gun (I've shot a rifle before).

He took me out to lunch afterwards to Dos Coyotes and we just relaxed the rest of the day. The next day was a surprise until Saturday night. Jason took me to my first time paint balling. It was so much fun.

I was the only girl out there and I "killed" quite a few guys. I loved every single shot I received. I got shot a few times in the head piece, which oozed into my mouth (completely safe, just tastes horrible).

As many of you may think, this is not Jason. It's some random guy we were playing with all day.

That weekend was a blast! He knew exactly what I wanted to do. I'm one of those girls that would rather roll around in dirt and get shot at than get tortured in heels. I do love that, just being dirty and smelly is better.

On my actual birthday (on a Wednesday), aft a hard days at work, he made me a huge, delicious dinner. Here's the appetizer.

Dinner was a nice,juicy grilled steak with red potatoes and fresh green beans with some red wine.

The weekend following my birthday, he surprised me with a trip to Half Moon Bay to stay at a bed & breakfast (my first time). Here's our room. We were the only ones with a fireplace, which we ended up using (it was cold there).

We spent a lot of time on the beautiful beaches.

Everything was just so beautiful!

W found the cutest little pub to eat lunch at one day. They're the only ones with a double decker bus that you can smoke in (in the U.S).

There was one beach that this is the only way down (and up). It was pretty cool. Because of this, barely anyone was on the beach.

There were people standing knee deep in the ocean. We walked down there and saw them catching crab with their bare hands. Awesome!

This is one of the best birthdays I've ever had! I just hope I can make Jason's birthday just as special.
